Shy's Fitness And Weightloss Project With Seanxxx3

As many of you know, I'm a fitness expert and a dietetician. I've decided to help Sean lose weight fast with a custom diet and workout plan. For the first week I wanted to go with the pear diet but it turns out that Sean doesn't like pears. We've decided that we'll go with peaches instead.

For the first week, Sean's diet comprises of peaches only. Peaches for breakfast, peaches for lunch, peaches for dinner, peaches for supper. Seven days. That and some intensive workout. 3 mile runs each day should work fine. We'll keep you posted on how it goes.

Sean's weight today is 193 pounds.
